HAVI, a global company specializing in supply chain management and logistics services for leading brands such as McDonald's, has entrusted LOGEXPERT with the construction of this facility. The center is designed to support HAVI's operations in Croatia and Slovenia, enhancing their ability to provide high-quality services to existing and future clients.

Advanced Infrastructure and Sustainability

The distribution center is being developed under a build-to-suit model, ensuring that the facility meets HAVI's specific operational requirements. Key features include three temperature-controlled zones to accommodate various product needs, integration of photovoltaic panels to supply part of the facility's electricity, and a system to utilize excess heat from cooling processes to warm office spaces. These sustainable design elements align with HAVI's commitment to environmental responsibility and operational efficiency. The facility's construction incorporates the latest technologies in warehouse development, adhering to high standards of energy efficiency and environmental performance.
