Situated in the L8 Airport Business Park Brnik adjacent to Jože Pučnik Airport, Slovenia’s largest international airport, the Distribution Center Ljubljana is a state-of-the-art logistics and industrial facility developed by LOGEXPERT. Completed in 2023, the facility spans a gross leasable area (GLA) of 25,066 m² on a total land plot of 127,356 m². Built to suit the operational requirements of global engineering leader Bosch Rexroth, the facility supports logistics, production, and administrative operations under a long-term lease. The property features high-specifications including prefabricated reinforced concrete construction, insulated façade panels, and full BREEAM certification for sustainability. Additionally, a large-scale rooftop photovoltaic system produces approximately 1,990 MWh annually, generating substantial green energy revenue.

The tenant, Bosch Rexroth d.o.o., is part of the Bosch Group and specializes in electric motors and transformers for advanced industrial applications.
