LOGEXPERT Logistics Park Kukuljanovo

The Logistics Park in Kukuljanovo further showcases our expertise in creating strategic logistics hubs. This project offers state-of-the-art infrastructure and optimal connectivity, serving as a prime location for businesses in the logistics industry.

The park is in direct vicinity of A6 highway (2,5 km) which leads to Zagreb through A1 highway. This highway is very important since it lies on one of Pan European corridors (V.) and is linking Rijeka to Kyiv.

The project consists of total area of 17.528 m² which are rented to two reputable tenants:

Maersk - 14.376 m²

DC 1/a, DC1/b and DC 1/c

DSV- 3.152 m²

DC 1/d I

The project was completed in June 2023.

Value at completion: 26 MIO EURO

The project is designed with sustainability in mind, earning the designation of a "green project." It incorporates photovoltaic panels on the roof for efficient energy generation and utilizes a VRF system that functions in heat pump mode.
