Logistics Park Velika Gorica (Zagreb Airport) DC5 - DC6

Logistics Park Zagreb Velika Gorica is a major logistics hub within the strategically located Meridian 16 Business Park. The recently completed DC1, DC2, DC3 and DC4 buildings provide a combined gross leasable area of over 110,000 m² and are fully leased to international logistics operators such as DSV, HAVI, DHL, ILS, and Iron Mountain. These Class A facilities feature high-spec warehouse and office space, cutting-edge sustainability features, and rooftop solar systems.

Construction of the third phase - DC5 and DC6 - commenced in November 2024, adding approximately 57,000 m² of modern logistics space.
