Bosch Rexroth has opened a new, energy-efficient production and logistics hub at LOGEXPERT’s Brnik Logistics Park
LOGEXPERT has successfully delivered a 25,000 m² build-to-suit facility for Bosch Rexroth at Brnik Logistics Park, consolidating their Slovenian operations into a single, strategically located site. The facility features advanced production and warehouse space, integrated sustainability systems, and supports Bosch Rexroth’s strategy of regional manufacturing close to customers. This project highlights LOGEXPERT’s capacity to develop customized, high-performance industrial infrastructure for global leaders.
Strategic Hub Near Ljubljana Airport
LOGEXPERT is proud to have developed a state-of-the-art, 25,000 m² facility at our Logistics Park Brnik, serving as the new Slovenian headquarters for Bosch Rexroth. Situated adjacent to Jože Pučnik Airport, this facility consolidates Bosch Rexroth's operations from Škofja Loka, Železniki, and Šenčur into a single, modern site, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting future growth.
Advanced Infrastructure and Sustainability
The facility encompasses 17,715 m² of warehouse and production space, 4,773 m² of office and gatehouse areas, and 2,579 m² of technical spaces. Designed with sustainability in mind, it features photovoltaic panels generating approximately 1,990 MWh annually and a heating pump system. The building has achieved BREEAM certification, reflecting our commitment to environmental responsibility.
Enhancing Regional Manufacturing Capabilities
Bosch Rexroth's new plant in Brnik manufactures a range of products, including servo motors and electric motors, and houses an engineering center, mechanical processing facilities, and office spaces. This consolidation supports the company's strategy to produce regionally, close to customers and suppliers, thereby reducing costs and strengthening its presence in the region.
