DHL Expands with new Class A warehouse at LOGEXPERT Logistics Park in Velika Gorica
LOGEXPERT is proud to announce a strategic collaboration with DHL, the global logistics leader, resulting in the development of a new Class A warehouse within our state-of-the-art logistics center in Velika Gorica. This milestone not only reinforces DHL’s operational capabilities in Croatia but also highlights LOGEXPERT’s ongoing commitment to delivering modern, sustainable logistics infrastructure.
The 6,500 m² facility, part of a broader 30,000 m² logistics complex, is designed to support DHL’s continued growth in the region. Strategically positioned and developed to the highest standards, the new warehouse will offer advanced operational functionality and flexibility.

Sustainability is a core value shared by both DHL and LOGEXPERT. The new facility will carry a BREEAM Excellent certification, aligning with DHL’s long-standing dedication to green operations and ESG principles.
The investment in Velika Gorica allows us to elevate our service delivery while maintaining our sustainability commitments, said Srebrenka Saks, Country Manager of DHL International, and added, that the collaboration with LOGEXPERT has been essential to achieving this.
Completion is scheduled by the end of 2023, with DHL expected to commence operations shortly thereafter. This expansion reflects both the increasing demand for high-quality logistics space in Croatia and the broader momentum in the regional logistics sector.
